Our Langhorne residential program provides gender-specific, individualized recovery services for adult men and women in Bucks County and surrounding areas.
The Langhorne facility will now be accepting clients who need guest dosing for Methadone. Pyramid, in collaboration with Community Partners, will provide clients with the opportunity to detox and/or attend residential treatment while staying on their methadone. Women’s Trauma-Focused Residential Care
We offer trauma-focused addiction treatment for women in a safe and therapeutic environment. This specialty treatment program is built around evidence-based modalities administered by caring and professional experts. We focus on using a system of comprehensive care to address the unique experiences and treatment needs of adult women, such as severe, untreated childhood trauma, low self-worth connected to intimate relationships and co-occurring disorders.
Our program also teaches women how to safely cope with physical, psychological and emotional trauma without the use of substances, empowering them to overcome feelings of victimization and move toward a life of wellness and personal growth.

- Living in balance groups (evidence-based treatment model)

Men’s Residential Care
Men in our treatment program at Langhorne live on-site in a structured setting where they receive education, therapy and medical care to assist them in working through personal issues and ultimately overcoming their addiction. We focus on educating clients on the disease of addiction and giving them the tools and skills needed to be successful in recovery outside of residential treatment.
