At Pyramid Healthcare, our Cross-Area Service Program (CASP) provides a structured, supportive environment for adult men in substance use recovery. This Recovery Residence is designed to help individuals transition from detox, inpatient or residential treatment to a stable, community-based living situation that fosters long-term sobriety and personal growth.

Our CASP Recovery Residence offers:

  • A 14-bed home with a large kitchen, dining room, laundry facilities and communal living spaces
  • 24/7 Peer Support Specialist care and monitoring
  • Daily participation in household duties and activity planning to promote responsibility and routine

This grant-funded program primarily serves uninsured, adult male residents (18+) of North Carolina, providing essential housing and recovery support at no cost to eligible participants.

Who Qualifies for CASP?

Our Cross-Area Service Program accepts referrals from:

  • Detox units
  • Inpatient treatment centers
  • Residential treatment programs
  • Hospitals
  • Other licensed behavioral health facilities

Please note that CASP is currently unable to accommodate individuals receiving medication-assisted treatment (MAT) at this time.
