Bridget joined Pyramid Healthcare in 2017 after working for several years in medication-assisted treatment and opioid treatment programs. She initially coordinated Pyramid Healthcare’s medication-assisted treatment program until transitioning to Program Director of MAT and OTP services. Prior to being named Vice President of Operations, Bridget served as Executive Director of Pyramid Healthcare, Asheville, where she directed daily operations for all services and programs. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist and Clinical Supervisor Intern. Bridget holds a Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University.

Colleen Barcus, LCSW, LCAS
Regional Director of Outpatient
Colleen joined Pyramid Healthcare in April 2023 after working for several years in the behavioral health crisis services continuum. Most notably, she coordinated Buncombe County’s first Behavioral Health Urgent Care in 2016. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist. She earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from Wright State University and a master’s degree in social work from The University of Akron.
