A Safe, Structured Environment for Women in Recovery

Located in the heart of Alexander, North Carolina, Grace House offers a supportive, structured living environment for women participating in the partial hospitalization program (PHP) at Pyramid Healthcare. With a focus on stability, accountability and personal growth, Grace House provides a welcoming space for residents to continue their healing journey with the support of dedicated staff and peers.

All-Female Supportive Living for PHP Clients

Grace House features 14 beds in a female-only setting, offering a safe and empowering environment for women in recovery. Residents must be actively enrolled in Pyramid Healthcare’s PHP services, which provide 30 hours of therapeutic programming per week (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., offsite).

This structured schedule is designed to promote emotional healing, personal development and long-term recovery while allowing clients to benefit from a sober and supportive living environment outside of treatment hours.
