Substance Use Treatment in Jacksonville, NC

Here, we provide full access to the recovery services that people need most, when they need it most. ACTT (Assertive Community Treatment Team)
Our Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) offers a “hospital without walls” program that delivers intensive behavioral health services directly in the community, ensuring care for those who may lack access to essential support. Our Jacksonville facility serves Onslow county.
ACTT is made up of a diverse team of professionals who provide customized services to address each client’s mental health, substance use, vocational and housing needs. By focusing on individuals with severe mental illness who are at high risk of psychiatric crises and impacted by various social determinants of health, ACTT enhances overall outcomes. Our team includes a psychiatrist, physician assistant, nursing staff, licensed team leaders, substance use clinicians, licensed therapists, vocational and housing specialists, as well as case managers.
We offer assistance with symptom management, independent living, competitive employment, housing support, and recovery from substance use and mental health challenges.
