Pyramid Healthcare’s Easton outpatient rehabilitation center provides substance use and mental health treatment for both adults and adolescents age 12+. Our Easton location offers a full continuum of individualized, evidence-based treatment options specifically designed for individuals struggling with substance abuse.

Treatment services at this location include:
- On-site level of care assessments
- Coming Soon: Partial hospitalization substance use treatment for adults (PHP, ASAM Level 2.5)
- Intensive outpatient substance use treatment for adults & adolescents (IOP, ASAM Level 2.1)
- Outpatient substance use treatment for adults & adolescents (OP, ASAM Level 1.0)
- Outpatient mental health treatment for adults & adolescents (OP, ASAM Level 1.0)
- Individual therapy
- Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) – Suboxone and Vivitrol
- Certified Recovery Specialists (CRS)
Walk-in assessments are available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am-12pm. Please call for more information.
Our Easton location is conveniently located and is bus route accessible. We accept most private insurance as well as medical assistance, county funding and self-payment. Contact our admissions department for more information.
