Welcome to Pyramid Healthcare’s Mountaineer Outpatient Treatment Center, based in Kearneysville, West Virginia. Established in 2016, our program provides exceptional outpatient substance abuse treatment services to the Berkeley and Jefferson County communities.
We offer comprehensive outpatient mental health services for adults aged 18 and over. These services encompass a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including individual, group, family and couples therapy, along with psychiatric medication management.

Our multidisciplinary team of medical providers, case managers and therapists collaborate to meet all our clients’ needs. Our staff use a curriculum rooted in evidence-based treatment models.

We are proud to be in-network with a range of insurance providers, including Aetna Better Health, Highmark BCBS of West Virginia, Medicaid, The Health Plan, Unicare, and the WV Public Employees Insurance Agency (PEIA).
