Comprehensive Residential Treatment for Men

This program provides 24/7 structure and supervision for men with severe substance use disorders or co-occurring mental health concerns. Treatment focuses on stabilization, relapse prevention and developing tools for sustained sobriety.

For men who have made progress in recovery but still benefit from structure and accountability, this program emphasizes life skills, independence and preparation for reintegration into daily life.

For men recovering from opioid or alcohol use, MAT combines FDA-approved medications with counseling and behavioral therapy to reduce cravings, manage withdrawal symptoms and support long-term recovery.

Every client receives a personalized treatment plan that integrates medical care, therapy and skill development, ensuring holistic support for mind and body.

Accessible and Compassionate Men’s Recovery

Pyramid Healthcare is proud to make treatment accessible to men across Berkeley County and the surrounding region. The Martinsburg Residential Treatment Center accepts West Virginia Medicaid and most commercial insurance plans, providing high-quality, affordable care for those in need.

At Pyramid Healthcare Martinsburg, men find more than just treatment—they find a community built on understanding, respect and encouragement. In this safe and structured environment, every client is supported as they work toward lasting sobriety and a renewed sense of purpose.
