Mental Health Day Treatment (MHDT)
Mental Health Day Treatment (MHDT), also known as Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), is designed to stabilize more severe mental health symptoms in adults such as depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, self-harm and suicidal ideation. Treatment focuses on development of recovery skills, day-to-day coping strategies and management of symptoms and triggers. This highly structured program includes group therapy (5 days/week) and at least one hour of individual therapy.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Intensive outpatient (IOP) is often a step-down after completion of MHDT, PHP or a residential program. This program meets 3 days/week and includes process psychotherapy, recovery skill-building and education.
Outpatient Program (OP)
Outpatient treatment includes weekly outpatient groups and/or individual therapy. Clients from IOP treatment who demonstrate progress toward treatment goals often graduate to outpatient services to achieve sustained, long-term recovery with weekly groups and/or individual therapy and support.
Peer Recovery Support
Peer Recovery Specialists (PRS) coach clients on topics such as developing local resources within the recovery community, enhancement of self-management skills and outreach/engagement support.
