Our RISE Team meets clients where they are – literally delivering care in homes, parks, shelters or on the street.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
We support adults (18+) in Buncombe County who:<\/p>\n<\/div>
may be unhoused, recently discharged from jail or the hospital or at risk of crisis<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>
Counseling for substance use and mental health<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>
Services where you are<\/strong> \u2014 We provide care in homes, parks, shelters and streets.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li> No or low barriers to access<\/strong> \u2014 You don\u2019t need to be \u201cready\u201d for treatment. Our team uses a harm reduction model that honors your goals and autonomy.
