12-Step Daily Meditations

Utilizing 12-step recovery audio content, this iOS app offers hundreds of hours of meditations, music, calming sounds and inspiration. The app itself and a number of meditations inside are free, and additional content can be purchased within the app or through a subscription. 

SoberTool

SoberTool enables you to approach your sobriety from a mindful perspective. From the homepage, you can either choose from prompts or select which emotion you are feeling; the website will then generate helpful tips and motivational messages to help keep you on track in your recovery. In addition to their website, SoberTool also offers free mobile apps for iOS and Android devices.

Narcotics Anonymous Speakers

Herren Project

The Herren Project hosts live, free-of-charge online support groups for families, loved ones and individuals facing substance addiction. This is a great opportunity for those who don’t have an accessible in-person, local support group, and the Herren Project connects communities from around the country.
