Foundations Medical Services is a methadone clinic managed by Pyramid Healthcare. This location uses methadone to suppress withdrawal symptoms associated with opioid addiction.
Clients at this location also engage in individual, group, family counseling and enhanced outpatient services. Clinicians also teach relapse prevention skills. Our services
Enhanced outpatient services provide adult clients with additional substance use support and treatment in both individual and group settings. Group therapy is available once per week for 1.5 hours and covers a variety of topics including:
- Identifying & preventing relapse
- Understanding family dynamics
- Managing finances in recovery
- Emotions & decision-making
- Understanding & managing cravings
- Coping with change
- Relationships in recovery
- Obstacles to recovery

Foundations Medical Services is conveniently located in Butler, PA. We are open Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. For more information, please call our 24/7 admissions department.
